Francis I Lynch
Francis I. Lynch, Esq. moved to Las Vegas in 1981. Mr. Lynch attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting in 1986. He then received his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in 1990.

Mr. Lynch has been involved in complex and consequential litigation from his very first experiences with the law. His very first job out of law school saw him working with the Hon. Judge Mosely overseeing the Pepcon explosion litigation, at the time the largest class action litigation in Nevada's history. Mr. Lynch's practice has been focused on large, complex matters every since.
Uniquely experienced in construction defect litigation, Mr. Lynch was one of handful of attorneys involved with the creation of Nevada's construct defect statutory scheme (NRS Chapter 40). His practice continues to influence Nevada's homeowner protection laws to this day.

Mr. Lynch has practiced law in Las Vegas since 1990, and is admitted to practice before the Nevada Supreme Court, the Nevada Intermediate Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada, and the United States Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation.

Shauna Hughes
Ms. Hughes previously held the position of City Attorney for the City of Henderson, Nevada from 1983-2009. In her 26-year career as City Attorney, she provided legal representation for the mayor, city council, as well as the entire city government of Henderson. She supervised the civil and criminal divisions of the City Attorney's office as well as the Environmental Programs Division and Office of Court Programs.
In 2008 the State Bar of Nevada awarded Shauna the James Bartley Public Lawyer Award for distinguished public service. She is also a recipient of the 2008 Liberty Bell Award in recognition of outstanding service to the community awarded by the Clark County Bar Association.
Ms. Hughes is admitted in Nevada. Ms. Hughes is also admitted to practice in Federal District Court, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. She holds her Juris Doctorate from Vermont Law School and her B.A. from John Carroll University. She is a member of the State Bar of Nevada; Clark County Bar Association; and the Nevada Justice Association. She is a former member of the State of Nevada Committee on Domestic Violence and the Nevada Advisory Council for Prosecuting Attorneys. Shauna is also an appointed member of the Supreme Court of Nevada Bench-Bar Committee.
